Tumbling and Conditioning

Our Tumbling / Conditioning class is an intermediate to advanced tumbling class which utilises the floor spaces and trampolines to deliver a progressive and systematic training program. With a focus on the physical qualities required to safely perform acrobatic skills, these classes will build athletic qualities like strength, body tension, power, position and spatial awareness to limit the risk involved with these activities.

Participants will need to be assessed by the coaching team to join this class. Minimum requirements for this class include but are not limited to:

  • Round off
  • Frontsault
  • Front handspring

Participants in this class will work towards acrobatic skills including round off backsault, round off flip, round off flip sault, handspring front sault, and aerials and twisting progressions. Participants in this program may use this class as an addition to other gymnastics classes or to supplement other sports like dance, cheerleading or circus.

  • Mixed gender classes
  • Leotard recommended for females / shorts and singlets recommended for males
