Focussing mainly on strength, fitness and acrobatic skills, these classes offer the opportunity to further FreeG skills, tumbling and trampoline abilities in a controlled and structured environment. These classes are designed to be fun, fast moving and utilize all the equipment in the gym. Classes cater for a wide variety of ages and abilities and can be modified to incorporate skills which individuals may be interested in learning. These classes are suitable for someone looking to further their physical capabilities and are designed to challenge all individuals physically and mentally. With safety our number one priority, participants will be guided through safe risk taking and taught through progressive teaching methods. Our experienced coaching team will give participants the tools to make healthy and safe decisions, alongside the development of competent movement abilities, empowering them with the qualities to be successful in any physical task, situation or other sport (including boarding, biking, skiing, climbing and surfing)
