HighFlyers uses a systematic approach to ensure the safe progression of aerial skills. Classes will cover correct use and technique in trampoline and tumbling, safety landings and aerial skills while building core strength and spacial awareness. This class will focus on rotation skills and introduce twisting. Participants in this program may use this class as an addition to other gymnastics classes or to supplement other sports like dance, cheerleading or circus.
