Focussing mainly on strength, fitness and acrobatic skills, this class offers the opportunity to further Gymnastics skills, Ninja skills, tumbling and trampoline abilities in a controlled and structured environment. This class is designed to be fun, fast moving and utilizes all the equipment in the gym. The class caters for a wide variety of ages and abilities and can be modified to incorporate skills which individuals may be interested in learning. This class is suitable for someone looking to further their physical capabilities and are designed to challenge all individuals physically and mentally. With safety our number one priority, participants will be guided through safe risk taking and taught through progressive teaching methods. Our experienced coaching team will give participants the tools to make healthy and safe decisions, alongside the development of competent movement abilities, empowering them with the qualities to be successful in any physical task, situation or other sport (including boarding, biking, skiing, climbing and surfing)
