Peninsula Gymnastics is committed to providing high standards in customer service and program delivery. Re-Energised after winning Club of the Year 2016 the team at Peninsula Gymnastics dove head first into new facility development in 2017. After a 3 year process investing over $1.5 million into a purpose built facility Peninsula Gymnastics is proud to share with their community a facility that now reflects the quality of programs delivered. With the ability to now expand participation numbers and employment opportunities Peninsula Gymnastics is going from strength to strength.

The team at Peninsula Gymnastics work as one cohesive unit delivering plans developed by team leader Caroline Carter to offer an inclusive, challenging and engaging program. Continually growing in numbers this team delivers gymnastics to over 225 5-8 year old non-competitive participants per week in an area just bigger than a full sized floor. Committed to ongoing education, over 15 Gymnastics Australia / Gymnastics Victoria courses were completed by the team this calendar year.

Inclusive Leader of the Year Finalist
Holly Moore!

Holly Moore lives and breathes kindness, generosity and equality. Staunch in her belief that gymnastics offers benefits to everybody regardless of age, experience or ability, Holly is looked upon as a leader in the community in developing comprehensive, inclusive programs. Over the past year Holly has developed a set of lesson plans for Special Olympics and Gymnastics Victoria to aid other clubs in rolling out Young Athlete Programs / Gymnastics Programs and frequently opens her classes up to other gymnastics professionals to come in and observe, participate and learn from her delivery. She has also delivered a number of workshops for other clubs to up skill their coaching workforce in the area of inclusive coaching. Continually seeking to upskill herself in this area Holly has herself participated in many workshops, consulted with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologist to ensure the delivery of her programs compliments other therapies and develops the whole child. The families involved in Holly’s programs have nothing but praise for her care, attention and expertise.
